HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VEERENDR SINGH SIRADHANA Order 31/05/2019 Referring to Section 34 of the Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Act, 2012 (in short RTPP Act, 2012), learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Second Appeal instituted aggrieved of order dated 21st December, 2018, made in first appeal, which is required to be adjudicated upon within 30 days, is still pending even after expiry of about five months.

In view of the above, counsel for the petitioner prayed for a direction for an early adjudication of the pending second appeal. (Downloaded on 06/06/2021 at 12:45:38 PM)

(2 of 2) [CW-6506/2019] Upon hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and on a perusal of the materials available on record; prayer for early disposal of the pending Second Appeal under the RTPP Act, 2012 appears to be reasonable.

Accordingly, the Second Appellate Authority is directed to determine the pending appeal, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within fortnight form the date a certified copy of this order is presented.

With the observations and directions, as indicated above, the writ application stands disposed off.
