80. Examination of food by Medical Officer.
- The Medical Officer shall(a)ordinarily examine the food daily and when defective in quality, make a note of the fact in his journal; and(b)at uncertain times and at least once a week when the food is cooked and ready for issue and occasionally after distribution to the prisoners, cause such food to be weighed in his presence and note the result in his journal.
