Section 1(3) in The Orissa Weights and Measures (Enforcement) Act, 1958
(3)It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Gazette appoint, and different dates may be appointed for different provisions of this Act or for different areas or for different classes of undertakings or for different classes of goods.
