Section 18(1) in The Bombay City (Inami and Special Tenures) Abolition and Maharashtra Land Revenue Code (Amendment) Act, 1969
(1)Whenever an officer authorised by the State Government in this behalf so directs, the superior holder shall deliver to him or such other officer as may be specified in the direction, the records relating to his land maintained by him.
