- The Chief Commissioner may made [rules] [For Delhi Land reforms Rules, 1954, see Notification No. F. 3(16)/54 GA&R, dated the 11th November, 1954; Delhi State Gazette, Pt. V dated 20th January, 1955, p.27] for the purpose of carrying into effect the provisions of this Chapter.
