Section 7(1) in Veterinary Council Of India Regulation, 1991
(1)Every report of an inspector shall be printed under the direction of the President and a copy of such report shall be referred to the Executive Committee for consideration and report to the Veterinary Council of India. A copy of the report shall be supplied to each member of the Executive Committee.
