Section 128 in Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority Act, 2014
128. Transfer of Government Land to the Authority.
(1)The Authority shall have the first right of alienation of Government lands within the capital region and such land which may be required by the Authority shall be transferred to the Capital Region Land Development Bank.(2)The Government by specific orders and on such terms and conditions as may be agreed upon between the Government and the Authority, place at the disposal of the Authority any developed and undeveloped Government lands situated within the capital region for the purpose of development.(3)Any lands assigned by Government may be taken over by the Authority as per prescribed procedure for undertaking development schemes or for development of public utilities, amenities and facilities upon payment of compensation decided by the District Collector.
