Section 13(2) in The Orissa Veterinary Practitioners Rules, 1976
(2)The President shall invite the members present at the meeting to make their nominations for the office of the Vice-President. Every such nomination shall be supported by another member present at the meeting as seconder :Provided that no one member shall nominate or second more than one person for the office of the Vice-President.
