Section 2(11) in Tamil Nadu Municipal (Non-Centralized-Regular) Public Health Establishment Regulations, 1976
(11)Municipality: - 'Municipality' shall mean and include every Municipality and the Township committees constituted under the Tamil Nadu District Municipalities Act, 1920 (Tamil Nadu Act V of 1920) or the committees to which the provisions of the Tamil Nadu District Municipalities Act, 1920 (Tamil Nadu Act V of 1920), have been extended;
