Section 29(1) in Bihar Panchayat Raj Institutions (Conduct of Business) Rules, 2015
(1)The minutes for the meeting of Zila Parishad shall be prepared by Chief Executive Officer in consultation with Adhyaksh, and may include any subject of public interest and which in his opinion should be considered by the Zila Parishad and it will also include any subject specified by the Adhyaksh.
