Section 150 in The Rajasthan District Boards Act, 1954
150. Public tanks and wells etc.
- All tanks and wells and all adjacent land, buildings, materials and things connected therewith or appertaining thereto within the rural area of the district, not being private property and not being maintained or controlled by any Government or by a local authority other than the Board, shall vest in and belong to the Board.
