Section 41(iii) in The Bar Council of Bihar Election Rules, 1968
(iii)In the case of two or more persons of category referred to in proviso (ii) above, getting the same value of votes at the end of any count, the Returning Officer conducting the election shall decide by lot which of such persons shall be declared elected.
