Section 30(1)(a) in Bihar Trade Articles (Licenses Unification) Order, 1984

(a)require, the owner, occupier or any other person incharge of any place, premises, vehicle or vessel in which he has reason to believe that any contravention of provisions of this Order has been or is being or is about to be made to produce any books of accounts or documents showing transaction relation to such contravention;
