Section 20(a) in Chhattisgarh Right of Youth to Skill Development Act, 2013
(a)Maintain proper accounts including the balance sheets and other relevant records, prepare an annual financial statement of accounts which shall be audited by the Examiner of Local Fund Audit of the State or such person(s) authorized by it;
