(1)There shall be established a University to be known as 'Doon University'.(2)The University shall be a body corporate by the name specified in subsection (1) above and shall have a perpetual succession and a common seal and shall sue and be sued by its name.(3)Headquarters of the University shall be located at Dehradun and it may establish its additional campus at such other places as considered necessary with the prior approval of the State Government.
