Section 8(xxxi) in The Orissa Stage Carriages (Licensing of Conductors) Rules, 1994
(xxxi)on the demand by any Police Officer in uniform or any officer of the Motor Vehicles Department not below the tank of Sub-Inspector, Traffic and Junior Inspector Motor Vehicles or any member of the State Transport Authority or Regional Transport Authority within his respective jurisdiction produce his licence for inspection :
