Section 3(2) in The Orissa Marine Fishing Regulation Rules, 1983
(2)Every application for registration of fishing vessels under Section 9 shall be made by the owner in the Form I, prescribed for the purpose in Schedule I in quadruplicate and it shall be accompanied by-(a)a layout of the fishing vessel;(b)document in support of deposit of the registration fee as prescribed under Rule 4.
