- All appeals under the Special Acts required to be filed in High Court shall be registered as First Appeals and shall be dealt with according to the procedure prescribed for first appeals under the Special Acts and/or Rules made there under and in absence of any such prescription in the Special Acts shall be governed by the procedure prescribed in these Rules in relation to the regular First Appeals under the Code of Civil Procedure.Chapter - XXI Rules Under the Banking Companies Act X of 1949
