On receipt of [the report forwarded by the Commissioner] [Words substituted by Bengal Act 5 of 1915.] the [State Government] [Words substituted by the Government of India (Adaptation of Indian Laws) Order, 1937 and the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950, respectively.] shall proceed to consider the same and may order that the proposed act or the proposed work, or any modification thereof, be done or executed.Every such order shall be notified in the [Official Gazette] [Words substituted by the Government of India (Adaptation of Indian Laws) Order, 1937.].
