2. In this background, it would not be appropriate for this Court to parallely adjudicate the Contempt Petition. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioners to workout their remedies subject to the final outcome of the Writ Appeal. Consequently the connected sub applications are closed.
