(c)Articles of value gold, silver, rings, chains, watches, trinkets, etc,shall be kept in the hospital office sealed packets with the owner's name thereon and will not be disposed of without the sanction the authority who ordered his confinement. The Officer in charge of the safe shall be responsible for these articles.
