(1)All applications for inspection of Board's record shall be made to the Chief Executive Officer in Form 14 of the amount specified under sub-rule (2):Provided that this sub-rule shall not apply to applications submitted in response to notices calling for applications unless otherwise stated in the notice or to the applications made for scholarships and stipends.
