Section 7(1) in Tamil Nadu Private Schools (Regulation) Act, 2018
(1)Every educational agency shall, within a period of three years from the date of receipt of order of permission under section 6, apply to the competent authority for issue of certificate of recognition in such form accompanied by such fees and such documents as may be prescribed.
