.-Every mine shall be connected telephonically with the rescue room and rescue station serving the mine. Wherever practicable wireless communication shall also be provided:Provided that where there is no telephonic communication system, the Chief Inspector may by an order in writing and subject to such conditions as he may specify therein, approve any other means of communication.
