1. The present petition is filed challenging the order passed below Exhibit 17 in Rgular Civil Suit No.200 of 2017, wherein the 8 th Additional Senior Civil Judge, Bhavnagar has rejected the application filed under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. Learned advocate Mr.S.M.Kikani for the petitioner has reproduced the resolution of the petitioner society, wherein it has been stated that the petitioner intents to withdraw the present petition. The same is taken on record.

2. Learned advocate for the petitioner has identified signature in the said resolution and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition.

3. In view of the said fact, permission as prayed for is granted. The present petition is disposed of as withdrawn. Notice is discharged.
