                                    ORDER

1. Grievance in this application is against violation of EC conditions in undertaking sand mining by Respondent No. 11, Vipin Kumar Saxena at Gata No. 1419 Kha Khand No. - 01, in village Dhamnaud, Tehsil Garautha, in Jhansi district of Uttar Pradesh. According to the applicant, Dhasan river is tributary of Yamuna and is supplying water to Bundelkhand region in UP. River is affected by illegal mining. SEIAA granted EC for mining in question on 18.11.2022 for five years subject to certain conditions which are not being observed.

2. We have heard learned Counsel for the applicant.

3. There is no challenge to the EC by way of Appeal and limitation for filing appeal has since expired. It is also not the case of the applicant that any specific EC condition has been violated nor any material in support of such allegation is reproduced. Allegations are hypothetical and general. 1

4. We thus, do not find any ground to entertain the application which stands disposed of accordingly.

I.A. No. 610/2023 will also stand disposed of.
