DATE : 4th OCTOBER 2018 P.C.: 1 The evidence of plaintiff's first witness was completed in
December 2017. On 31st August 2018 plaintiff was given two more weeks to file affidavit of evidence of the second witness. Five weeks have passed since then and plaintiff is yet to file the evidence of the second witness. Mr. Kotwal, counsel for plaintiff states that the second witness is an Architect who is traveling in Europe and expected to be back on 17th October 2018.
2 As last chance, time to file evidence affidavit of second witness of plaintiff is extended upto and including 25th October 2018. 3 Stand over to 1st November 2018 for marking of documents/ recording of evidence on which date plaintiff's second witness shall remain present in Court.

4 For not complying with the Court's directions, plaintiff to give a
donation of Rs.50,000/- to the Free Opthalmic Hospitals Society and this amount to be paid and compliance affidavit to be filed within two weeks from today. The account details are as under :
