Section 4(1) in Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority Act, 2014
(1)In accordance with the provisions of this Act, the State Government shall constitute a body to be called the `Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority', hereinafter called as the `Authority' for the capital region notified under section 3, which shall be a body corporate by the name aforesaid, having perpetual succession and a common seal, with power to acquire, hold and dispose of property, both movable and immovable and to contract and by the said name sue and be sued.
