Section 8(5A) in Maharashtra Sales Tax on the Transfer of property in goods involved in the execution of Works Contracts (Re-enacted) Act, 1989
(5A)[ Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, every dealer who is registered under sub-section (2A) shall, so long as his registration is in force, be liable to pay the tax under this Act] [Substituted section (5A) was inserted by Maharashtra 1 of 2000 section 5(2).]
