Section 24B(4) in The Rajasthan Shops and Commercial Establishment Rules, 1959
(4)The prescribed authority entertaining the complaint shall call upon the employer by a notice to appear before him either personally or through his agent at a specified time together with all relevant documents and witnesses, if any, and shall inform the complainant of the time as specified.
