Section 7(1) in Tamil Nadu Bovine Breeding Act, 2019
(1)On and from the date of commencement of this Act, no person shall act as AI technician and provide his services for any AI service provider unless, he-(a)possesses such qualification and experience as may be prescribed;(b)has undergone training from any recognised AI Training Institutes as may be prescribed; and(c)is registered with a semen station or AI service provider.
