Section 34(2) in The Rajasthan Molasses Rules, 1985
(2)The licensee holding a licence in Form "M-II" granted under the Rajasthan Molasses Rules, 1985 shall maintain from day to day, true and correct account of the stock of molasses held by him at his licensed premises in Form "D" appended to these rules. He submit to the Excise Officer through the Excise Inspector, by the 7th of every month, a statement in Form "E" appended to these rules showing the opening balance, receipts, issues and closing balance of molasses during the preceding month.
