Section 56 in Tamil Nadu Farmers' Management of Irrigation Systems Election Rules, 2003
56. Issue of certificate of election.
- After declaration of results of elected candidates in Territorial Constituencies and the results of Presidents of Water Users Associations, certificate of election shall be issued to each of such elected candidate in Form-26 on the same day and the acknowledgement obtained.
