Section 5 in Rajasthan Prisoners Open Air Camp Rules, 1972
5. Recommendation for sending prisoners to Open Camps.
- The Superintendent or the Dy. Superintendent of the Jail concerned shall forward application of a prisoner desirous and eligible for admission to Open Camp, to the Inspector-General of Prisons, with his recommendation in the nominal rolls.
