Section 1 in Telangana Pulses, Edible Oil Edible Oil Seeds (Licensing, Storage and Regulation) Order, 2015
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Order may be called the Telangana Pulses, Edible Oil Edible Oil Seeds (Licensing, Storage and Regulation) Order, 2015.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Telangana.(3)It shall come into force with immediate effect.
