(2)The Research Council shall consist of the following, namely: -

(i) The Vice-Chancellor	-	Chair Person
(ii) The Pro Vice Chancellor	-	Member
(iii) The Dean of Research	-	Secretary
(iv) Head of the Department of Innovation	-	Member
(v) Deans of all Faculties	-	Members and
(vi) Such other members as may be specified inthe Statutes.
