Section 15(1) in Chhattisgarh Kamdhenu Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam, 2011
(1)The Finance Officer shall be a whole time salaried officer of the Vishwavidyalaya appointed by the State Government from amongst officers belonging to State Finance Department not below the rank of Deputy Director Finance.
