(1)An electoral roll shall be prepared in such manner as may be prescribed by rules for every ward notified under section 6 on which shall be entered the names of all persons entitled to be registered as voters in that ward.(2)No person shall be entitled to be registered in the electoral roll for any ward more than once.(3)No person shall be entitled to be registered in the electoral roll for more than one ward.
