52. Opportunity of hearing by Enquiry Officer.
- The Grievance Redressai Officer on receiving the complaint will immediately conduct a fair enquiry with regard to such complaint by giving an opportunity of being heard to the parties concerned and redress the grievance suitably and submit the enquiry report to the Appointing Authority.
