Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to direct the Respondents 1 & 2 to provisionally extend the
benefits of Lecturer Trainee Accommodation scheme to the Petitioner in
terms of Ext.P10 G.O., during the pendency of this Writ Petition.
This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and
the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
M/S.GEORGE VARGHESE(PERUMPALLIKUTTIYIL), MANU SRINATH & LIJO JOHN THAMPY,
Advocates for the petitioner, and of GOVERNMENT PLEADER, the court passed
the following:
ORDER
Government Pleader to get instructions as regards grant of Lecturer Trainee Accommodation given to the MDS Graduates made mention in paragraph 7 of the reply affidavit filed by the petitioner.
