(4)The provisions regarding the principles of fixed boundary and the deep stream of the rivers are contained in Chapter-25 of the U.P. Revenue Manual and the law regarding the rules to be observed in claims to lands gained by alluvion or by dereliction of a river is contained in Regulation-XI of 1825.
