The petitioners pray for regularisation of their services as Panchayat Secretaries on the parity of the treatment meted out to the similarly situated persons and in this regard they have also submitted a legal notice which is on record as Annexure P-14.
After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the instant matter is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners as contained in the legal notice Annexure P- 14 and in case such benefit has been granted to some other similarly situated persons they may consider and grant similar benefit to the petitioners as well. The needful be done within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
