Section 13(1)(iii) in Farmers' Produce Trade and Commerce (Promotion and Facilitation) Rules, 2020

(iii)suspend the right to operate as an electronic trading and transaction platform for a period of not less than two months and not exceeding one year or cancel, depending upon the gravity of the contravention of the provisions of the Ordinance.
