No. 2553/2020The petitioner vide the present petition seeks the quashing of the FIR No. 372/2019, Police Station Palam Village under Section 376(2)/506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom submitting to the effect that a settlement has been arrived at between the parties vide a settlement deed dated 19.12.2020.
