Section 248(3)(c) in The Coal Mines Regulations, 2011

(c)ensure that every person who my be required to use self-rescuer under sub-regulation (1) undergoes a course of training in the use of self rescuer, as may be specified by the Chief Inspector by a general or special order in writing.
