9. Certificate of Registration to be produced before the registering authority.
(1)The registering authority may by notice in writing require a registered dealer to produce before it his certificate of registration and all copies thereof for the purpose of carrying out any amendment therein or for any other purpose under the Act.(2)Every such dealer shall, within fifteen days from the date of service on him of a notice under sub-rule (1), produce the certificate of registration and copies thereof to the registering authority.
