Section 1 in Maharashtra Protection of People from Social Boycott (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2016
1. Short title and extent.
(1)This Act may be called the Maharashtra Protection of People from Social Boycott (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2016.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Maharashtra.
