JUSTICE SUDESH BANSAL Order 10/01/2023 It has been stated that petitioners have participated in the process of recruitment on the post of Basic Computer Instructor and petitioners stand in merit, however, they have questioned answers of few questions in these writ petitions. It has been further stated that since respondents are going to complete the selection process, therefore, petitioners at least may be permitted to appear before respondents for document verification.
List along with S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.13994/2022 on 31.1.2023.
In the meanwhile, petitioners are permitted to appear before the Rajasthan Staff Selection Board for their document verification and the same may be permitted by respondents.
