Section 1 in The Rajasthan Irrigation and Drainage Act, 1954
1. Short title and extent.
(1)This Act may be called the Rajasthan Irrigation and Drainage Act, 1954.(2)[ It extends to the whole of the State of Rajasthan] [Substituted by Rajasthan Act 27 of 1957.].
