Section 18(1) in Andhra Pradesh Distillery (Manufacture of Indian made Foreign Liquor other than Beer and Wine) Rules, 2006
(1)On granting a licence under these rules, the licensee shall furnish a duplicate copy to the Asst. Commissioner concerned of the descriptions, plans and statements as approved by the Commissioner.
